Nurse Educator
This program focuses on the development of the nurse as an educator for both academic and clinical settings. Saint Joseph College undergraduate nursing program provides rich experiences for observation, clinical teaching practice and classroom management. Doctorally prepared nurse educators provide mentorship and quidance throughout the program. Upon graduation, students are ready for entry level positions in Colleges and Universities as well as leadership positions in staff development. Core courses are taught on line with a capstone course involving teaching along side an experienced educator in both the classroom and clinical settings.
