Michele grew up in Torrington, CT and she loves to read, write, sing, and travel. Currently, on most weekends, you can find Michele wedding planning with her fiancé, playing board games with friends, dining at lots of great restaurants, picking seasonal fruit (apples and blueberries are two of her favorites), or cooking s'mores over an open fire-even if it means bundling up to withstand the cold!
Additionally, Michele is an alumna of Saint Joseph College. She graduated from SJC with a B.A. in English and her secondary education certification and is planning to pursue a master's degree. Although Michele graduated as a trained teacher, she found herself so attached to SJC and its unique opportunities that she remained as an Admissions Counselor. She wants to share all of the great qualities of SJC with others.
So far, Michele's favorite part of the job is helping students envision their futures at Saint Joseph College. Whether answering questions, clearing up financial aid confusion, providing first-hand information about a women's college experience, or giving tours, she loves helping students reach their goals.
