Focus Your Potential
Saint Joseph College Weekend Program for Adult Learners is designed for women and men with the maturity, commitment, and preparation to succeed in an intensive undergraduate professional degree program. Evening, weekend, and online courses are scheduled in modular formats that require less time on campus and more independent learning than traditional college classes.
Bachelor's Degree Programs (with accelerated paths to graduate study)
- Management, B.S.
- Psychology, B.A.
- Social Work, B.S.
Prior Learning Assessment Program
- PSYC209 Career Development and Prior Learning
- Request up to 30 credits for documented prior learning
May be used toward elective credits (Flat $250 fee)
New Certificate Programs (open to students in any major)
- Juvenile Justice/Human Rights Certificate (12 credits)
- Legal Studies Certificate (12 credits)

¡Adelante! Bilingual Career Development Certificate (12 credits)
For bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) adults in health and human services
New Concentrations (students may complete majors without a concentration)
- B. S. in Management with Human Resource Management Concentration
- B. A. in Psychology with Criminal Justice & Mental Health Concentration
- B. S. in Social Work with Criminal Justice Concentration
- B. S. in Social Work with Latino Community Practice Concentration
Scheduling and Formats
General education courses:
- Wednesday or Friday evenings, modular (7 consecutive weeks), or online
- Some Sundays (for field trips, labs, etc.)
Major courses:
- Saturdays, various formats
