Athletic Director Bill Cardarelli is in his 18th year leading the Blue Jays Athletic Department.  The first and only Athletic Director at the College, Cardarelli has built and expanded the department from the ground up.  Cardarelli is also the former basketball coach for the Blue Jays from 1993-1998, capping off his coaching tenure at the college with a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship and GNAC Coach of the Year accolades in 1998.  Cardarelli is also the head coach for the U-18 Irish Girls National Team and the Vice President for Student Services at the college.  A native of New Haven, Bill currently resides in Manchester with his wife Mary and their two children.

Associate Athletic Director Debbie Fiske has played numerous roles in the Blue Jays Athletic Department since her tenure began in 1993.  Fiske was the head Tennis coach from 1993-2000 in which she led the Blue Jays to two GNAC Championships.  Fiske was also the assistant basketball coach from 1993-1998 before taking the reigns as head coach from 1998-2002.  Fiske earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut where she was a four-year starter on the Huskies basketball team which reached the NCAA Final Four in 1992.  At SJC, Fiske is the Senior Women's Administrator for the college, handles the coordination of schedules, and is the director of campus fitness, recreation, and intramurals. A native of western Pennsylvania, Fiske resides in Glastonbury with her husband Tor and their three children; Traejan, Skylar, and Jaxon.

William Schubert

Schubert is in his second year at Saint Joseph after a long career in news and sports media. He most recently worked at the Hartford Courant from 1988-2008 where he was recognized as one of the state’s foremost authorities on high school female athletics. He has also coached youth sports for over 20 years and is presently an AAU girls basketball coach for the Conn. Northstars. Schubert resides in his hometown of New Britain.

Anna joined the Saint Joseph staff in August after spending the 2009-'10 school year as an assistant trainer at Fairleigh Dickinson in Teaneck, N.J. She earned a B.S. in Athletic Training from UConn in 2007 and a Master's in Physical Education & Human Performance from Central Conn. State Univ. in 2009. She resides in her hometown of Trumbull.
