St. John’s College policy prohibits discrimination and harassment based on protected-class identity. Unfair treatment, intimidating behavior, or retaliation aimed at any member of the campus community based on an aspect of identity as defined within the Policy is reportable to the College.
The College seeks to provide community members with an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment based on age, color, disability, ethnic characteristics, shared ancestry, or national origin, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, military/veteran status, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or other legally protected characteristic in the administration of any of its educational programs and activities or with respect to admission or employment. Allegations of sex-based harassment and discrimination, including gender-identity, sex, and sexual orientation are handled under the Title IX Sex-based Harassment and Discrimination Policy.
