Use one of the following methods to return forms to St John’s College.

• Certification of Finances—International only
• Statement of Educational Purpose—Submit only if requested to do so, completed in person at St. John’s
• Statement of Educational Purpose—Submit only if requested to do so, completed remotely with notary
• FERPA Form: Submission of a FERPA form is required once you are admitted. The form is located online in your mySJC student account. Please refer to the FERPA Compliance section of the Student Handbook for more information.
