Jeremy Leven’s debut novel follows follows an aging Nobel Prize-winning biologist who is trying to make a clone of his late wife in the body of a 19 year-old nymphomaniac before his son commits him to an asylum. Though Leven is known primarily for his work in film, this debut novel shows his mastery of prose in a strange and zany story which bring readers through an inquiry about science, biology, and ultimately questions of faith.
