College campuses around the world have emptied due to COVID-19, and the two St. John’s campuses are no exception. Yet some students, who had no other alternative, have been given permission to remain for the rest of the semester.
Community members in Santa Fe and Annapolis logged their miles to see who could virtually reach the other campus first.
Kelsey Hennegen (SFGI20) is completing her Master of Arts in Liberal Arts degree this spring. In this interview she talks about bereavement, poetry, and finishing her graduate degree online due to COVID-19.
Santa Fe alum Julie Spencer (SF86) is a PhD candidate at the University of New Mexico; she’s also researching coronaviruses as a graduate assistant at Los Alamos National Labs.
